                             RESOLUTION NO.   20494 
                 
                 
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY FINANCE
                  OFFICER TO LOAN TO THE SEWER CONSTRUCTION
                  TRUST FUND (2017), AN AMOUNT OF FUNDS FROM THE
                  INTERCEPTOR SEWER REVENUE FUND (3051) FOR THE
                  PURPOSE OF CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS RELATED TO
                  SEWER CONSTRUCTION, TO BE REIMBURSED FROM THE
                  PROCEEDS OF THE 1995 DEBT ISSUE FOR SUCH
                  PURPOSE.
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the City Finance Officer be and is
       hereby authorized to loan an amount of funds to the Sewer
       Construction Trust Fund (2017) from the Interceptor Sewer Revenue 

       Fund (3051) Balance, for the purpose of paying for capital
       improvements related to sewer construction and specified as
       anticipated to be funded from the proceeds of the sale of bonds 
in
       1995.  Any actual transfers of funds for such purposes are to be
       reimbursed from proceeds from the sale of the 1995 Debt Issue
       authorized for said purpose.  Amounts will be transferred to the
       Construction Trust Fund from the Interceptor Sewer Revenue Fund 
on
       an as-needed basis.
